LEE is a designer and artist based in Kyoto, working at the intersection of landscape architecture, ceramics, and tea rituals.

Trained in Landscape Architecture at Harvard University, Lee focused his thesis on Japanese tea gardens and immersive theater, exploring how landscape experiences can serve as bridges between the human and the sacred. Grounded in a mindfulness practice, he creates multi-sensory masterplans that integrate architecture, landscape, and ritual.

In addition to his design work, Lee crafts ceramic artifacts in Japan at Asahiyaki, a 400-year-old atelier. His signature series include OYSTER, INFERNO, and NÉO-ARTÉFACTS.

Lee also performs internationally, with appearances at Coachella, Burning Man, and Nuit Blanche Kyoto. He is the founder of Tea J Club in Kyoto and the Harvard Club Tea Society in New York City.
